Junior Program
SquashRx junior programs help young players build skills, confidence, and a love of the game in a fun, structured setting. Players learn squash fundamentals, movement, technique, strategy, and sportsmanship through age- and level-appropriate instruction, with options for beginners all the way up to advanced players and competition training.
Adult Program
SquashRx adult programs offer something for every player, from beginner-friendly instruction to competitive match play and tournaments throughout the year. Clinics and classes combine coaching, drills, strategy, and organized play so adults can keep improving, stay active, and connect with the squash community.
